14 de nov. de 2016 · The next day, Ludwig proclaimed the end of the regency and, upon ratification by Parliament, became King Ludwig III. He took his oath on November 8, 1913. Even as king, Ludwig continued to walk around Munich without much thought as to where he was going and would frequently meet with bourgeois friends.
