Vanity (deceased) Brenda Bennett. Susan Moonsie. Vanity 6 was an American girl group that gained popularity in the early 1980s. They were protégés of musician Prince. They are best known for their song " Nasty Girl and released one album in 1982, which was named after the group as well.

Vanity 6 was formed in Prince's hometown of Minneapolis, where singer/actress Vanity (whose real name is Denise Matthews) got together with fellow singers Brenda Bennett (a native of Boston) and Susan Moonsie.
