Call the box office on 01494 582 900. The Box Office is open for in-person and phone enquiries from 10.30am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday to help with tickets, gift vouchers, &c. You can leave a message out of hours. The box office is also open for an hour before ‘curtain up’, although customers here to see the show will be our priority.

For anyone arriving by public transport, the theatre is approximately five minutes walk from the train station and is also conveniently situated to local bus stops. The Elgiva also houses the rather nice 'Cafe Encore' where a reasonably priced meal or snack can be obtained (the cafe is open 9-30am to 3-00pm).
