Al-Mu'azzam Turanshah ibn Salah al-Din. Al-Muʿaẓẓam Tūrānshāh ibn Ṣalāḥ al-Dīn ( c. 1181 – 1260) was a Kurdish military commander and Ayyubid prince, a son of Ṣalāḥ al-Dīn (Saladin). [1] For his long but undistinguished career, he has been described as "a courageous if not very gifted soldier". [2]
