Through her father, Victoria Louise was a great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom.

In 1879, Arthur married Princess Louise Margaret of Prussia. The couple went on to have three children. Louise died in 1917, but Arthur lived until 1942. 8. Prince Leopold George Duncan Albert.
Prince Frederick Henry Albert of Prussia [1] ( German: Friedrich Heinrich Albrecht; 4 October 1809 – 14 October 1872) was the fifth son and youngest child of King Frederick William III of Prussia and Louise of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. His parents had fled to East Prussia after the occupation of Berlin by Napoleon, and Albert was born in Königsberg.
