28 de may. de 2022 · When Jane Elizabeth Digby was born at Forston House in Dorset on 3 April 1807 her parents had hoped for a son. However, she was such a beautiful child that her family were soon besotted with her.
Way ahead of her time, beautiful aristocratic Jane Digby (1807-1881) fled her marriage, family and indulged life. She initially escaped to the continent where she mixed with kings and princes, married four times,and spent her final years as a desert princess. Jane Digby died in Damascus, Syria.
