Skip Daly is a lifelong northern Nevada native. He served four terms in the State Assembly. He began his career as a journeyman laborer before becoming the Business Manager for Laborers Local 169. Additionally, he has served on the board of the United Way of Northern Nevada, the Sparks Citizens Advisory Committee, and the Sparks Charter Committee.
