I have led and developed our undergraduate Tourism Management, International Tourism and Hospitality Management, and Events Management degree courses at our campuses in Sunderland, London, and Hong Kong and with our partners in Malaysia (SEGi) and Singapore (MDIS). I am a travel enthusiast and have enjoyed hospitality and events in 60 countries on all continents.
