Mark Anthony Peter Phillips, né le 22 septembre 1948 à Tetbury, est un ancien officier de l'armée britannique, un cavalier de concours complet d'équitation et un champion olympique. Il est le premier époux de la princesse Anne du Royaume-Uni .
Anne married Captain Mark Phillips in 1973; they separated in 1989 and divorced in 1992. They have two children, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall , and five grandchildren. Within months of her divorce in 1992, Anne married Commander (later Vice Admiral) Sir Timothy Laurence , whom she had met while he served as her mother's equerry between 1986 and 1989.

Mark Phillips was the first husband of Princess Anne. He was born 22 September 1948 and educated at Marlborough College. He attended the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst and was commissioned in 1969 into the Queen’s Dragoon Guards initially as Lieutenant and later Captain.
