  4. Marquess of Westminster. Robert Grosvenor, 1. Marquess of Westminster, KG (* 22. März 1767 in London; † 17. Februar 1845 in Eaton Hall, Cheshire) war ein britischer Peer und Politiker. Er war der Sohn von Richard Grosvenor, 1. Earl Grosvenor, dem er 1802 als Earl Grosvenor folgte. 1831 wurde er Marquess of Westminster.

Hugh Lupus Grosvenor was the second and eldest surviving son of Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster and Lady Elizabeth Leveson-Gower, the younger daughter of George Leveson-Gower, the 2nd Marquess of Stafford and later the 1st Duke of Sutherland. He was educated at Eton College and, until 1847, at Balliol College, Oxford.
