29 de jun. de 2018 · In August of 1859, James Carnegie, the 9th Earl of Southesk, arrived at Fort Edmonton. Carnegie didn’t believe in travelling light. He arrived in Edmonton with an entourage of 75 guides and servants, who hauled with them, among other things, the Earl’s India-rubber bathtub and his edition of the complete works of William Shakespeare.
