Jane Spencer, baronessan Churchill VA ( född Conyngham, 1 juni 1826 – 24 december 1900) var en engelsk aristokrat och följeslagare till drottning Victoria. Från 1854 till hennes död tjänade Churchill som Lady of the Bedroom till Victoria; detta gjorde henne till den medlem som tjänat längst i drottningens personliga hushåll.
