The Global Philanthropists Circle was founded in 2001 by Synergos Founder Peggy Dulany and her late father David Rockefeller Senior as a global network for leading philanthropic individuals and families to collaborate with and learn from their peers.
Ms Dulany recalls how Synergos was helping Unilever and Unicef to determine how to work effectively with non-governmental organisations. The goal was to reduce the malnutrition rate in India’s Maharashtra state, one of the highest rates globally.
