Andreas von Bodenstein Karlstadt (født 1486 i Karlstadt am Main, Tyskland, død 24. desember 1541 i Basel, Sveits) var en tysk reformator. Han var en tidlig medarbeider med Martin Luther i Wittenberg , men etter at Luther kritiserte og omgjorde de radikale reformene Karlstadt hadde innført i byen i 1522, vendte han Luther ryggen og brøt med ham definitivt i 1523/24 og forlot Wittenberg.

Se formó en Erfurt, Colonia y Wittenberg, donde se doctoró en teología. También estudió en la Universidad de La Sapienza de Roma Derecho canónico y civil. En Wittenberg, Karlstadt fue profesor y luego compañero de Lutero.
