He was the son of Guy de Beauchamp, 10th Earl of Warwick and Alice de Toni.2 He married Katherine Mortimer, daughter of Roger de Mortimer, 1st Earl of March and Joan de Geneville, Baroness Geneville, in 1337.3 He died on 13 November 1369 at age 55 at Calais, France.3
