Frederick Johann Adolf (b. Dahme, 26 May 1722 – d. Dahme, 10 July 1724). In Altenburg on 27 November 1734, Johann Adolf married for a second time to Fredericka of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg. They had five children: Karl Frederick Adolf, Hereditary Prince of Saxe-Weissenfels (b. Weissenfels, 7 June 1736 – d. Weissenfels, 24 March 1737).

Frederick II, Duke of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg (28 July 1676 – 23 March 1732), was a duke of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg. He was born in Gotha, the fifth child and first son of Frederick I, Duke of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg and Magdalena Sibylle of Saxe-Weissenfels. After the death of his father, in 1691, Frederick II assumed the duchy of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg.
She was the fifteenth of nineteen children born from the marriage of Friedrich II, Duke of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg and Magdalena Augusta of Anhalt-Zerbst. From her eighteen older and younger siblings, only eight survive adulthood. In Altenburg on 27 November 1734, Fredericka married Prince Johann Adolf of Saxe-Weissenfels as his second wife.
Johann Adolf married Marie Maximiliane Elisabeth Schauer mortaganically. They had three children of which two survived. He died in Friedrichstanneck on 29 April 1799. Link to Wikipedia biography.
