Ah, be still my beating heart.... Russell Crowe gets the blood pumping every time, and "Proof of Life" was definitely a heart-pounder for me, not only because RC was in it, but also because it was an edge-of-your-seat, white-knuckle adventure that was made absolutely believable by RC, Meg Ryan, David Morse and even David Caruso.
