Marie Taglioni, Comtesse de Voisins (23 April 1804 – 22 April 1884) was a Swedish-born ballet dancer of the Romantic ballet era partially of Italian descent, a central figure in the history of European dance. She spent most of her life in the Austrian Empire and France.
Marie Taglioni bailó el Grand Pas de Quatre estrenado en 1845, un pequeño ballet sin argumento protagonizado por la Elssler, la Cerrito y la Grisi, además de la propia Taglioni. Filippo Taglioni (Milán, 5 de noviembre de 1777 -Como, 11 de febrero de 1871) fue un bailarín y coreógrafo italiano y maestro de su propia hija, la bailarina romántica Marie Taglioni. Tuvo otro hijo que también bailaba ballet, Paul Taglioni. Fue el coreógrafo original del ballet La sílfide, en 1832.
