Really cool stat block. I had a “bebop and rocksteady” as my first boss encounter in my campaign and was fairly similar. However i feel its pretty out of place to have the main attack melee attacks imo. Offhand bonus action hoofs and tusks sure! Gore makes perfect sense but id give Bebop a charge attack that can make enemies go prone!
