23 reviews. 79 helpful votes. 2. Re: Lazaro Cardenas Park. 6 years ago. Very easy. Hotel Rosita is at the far north end of the Malecon. And Lazaro Cardenas park is at the far south end where the Malecon ends. It's about 1 mile all on nice flat pavement walking along side of the ocean.
