  5. The Dream Syndicate is a guitar-driven band from L.A. that formed in 1981 and was originally associated with the Paisley Underground music movement. They split up in 1989. After a long hiatus they emerged with a new album, How Did I Find Myself Here, in 2017 followed by 2019's release, These Times.

  6. 15 de jun. de 2023 · This is one of my favourite Dream Syndicate releases; with some great tense rockers on par with the best parts of The Days of Wine and Roses and Medicine Show, a few earthier barroom brawlers reminiscent of post-Heartattack and Vine Tom Waits and some sincere piano-framed ballads benefiting from the keyboard skills of then new-recruit Chris Cavacas.
