10 de ene. de 2020 · While at first glance one would think the movie belongs to Yul Brynner, after all he has been identified with the king ever since originating the role on Broadway in 1951, and even the title of the film implies this; however, it is the pairing of Brynner with his leading lady, Deborah Kerr, and the chemistry between them that makes the movie truly come alive and take wing.
He had a daughter named Victoria with his second wife. Victoria’s godmother was Audrey Hepburn. Brynner also adopted two Vietnamese children with his third wife. Death. Brynner succumbed to lung cancer on October 10, 1985, and died at New York Hospital at the age of 65.
