The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, founded in San Francisco in 1979, have become a worldwide movement, with orders of queer nuns springing up across the planet fighting for the promulgation of omniversal joy and the expiation of stigmatic guilt.
The San Diego Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, The Asylum of the Tortured Heart, performs public service by educating the community on safety and health issues through outreach, promoting awareness through street theater, guiding spiritual enlightenment, abolishing bigotry and hatred and working to end stereotypes.
The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence® is a leading-edge Order of queer nuns. 18 de feb. de 2024 · On Friday, a drag queen who dresses like a nun with the Brew City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence was arrested in connection with child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child. While formal charges have not yet been filed, officials with the sheriff's office have recommended charges of four counts of possession of child pornography and four counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
