That said, Marylebone is certainly a chic and stylish residential area with a village feel, centred on the indie boutiques, over-priced cafes and smart restaurants of elegant Marylebone High Street. It’s been a bit of a fashionable area of London since the 17th century, and continues to attract a catalogue of notable residents.
