12 de jul. de 2022 · Con ‘La cosa (The Thing)’ (‘The Thing’, 2011) volvió a ocurrir, de pronto era un crimen reinterpretar la historia que John Carpenter llevó a la gran pantalla en 1982, olvidando (o desconociendo) que esa película ya era un remake, concretamente de ‘El enigma de otro mundo’ (‘The Thing From Another World’, 1951).
People may consider it "dated" (I hate that word) because of its stop motion special effects, but there's no denying it made the movie creepier; the 21st century's so-called CGI made the inferior "prequel" to The Thing ho hum, and there are no surprises if you watch that first. I saw it once and never again.
