Posteriormente se casó, el 29 de mayo de 1818 en Amorbach, con el Príncipe Eduardo, Duque de Kent y Strathearn, hijo del Rey Jorge III del Reino Unido y de Carlota de Mecklemburgo-Strelitz. De dicho matrimonio nació Victoria, Reina de Inglaterra, casada con el Príncipe Alberto de Sajonia-Coburgo y Gotha.

She was "a fine looking, brown girl with a pleasant countenance and manners". She married Charles Richard Fox, the eldest but illegitimate son of Lord and Lady Holland on 19 June 1824 in St George's, Hanover Square, London.
