They follow on from our grade and certificate exams, taking musicians up to a professional standard of performance and musical understanding. Performance Diplomas are available at three levels: ATCL: equivalent in standard to the first year recital of an undergraduate degree

  4. Trinity’s Electronic Keyboard certificate exams offer an alternative to graded exams. Create your own mini-recital. Gain marks for programme planning, programme notes and stagecraft. Receive precise and specific feedback to inform your continued musical development. There is no technical work and there are no supporting tests.

  5. Digital GESE exams are conducted using video conference systems in selected registered exam centres. The language, content and communicative skills assessed for our digital GESE exams are the same as for the in-person exams. Results and certificates will be issued in line with Trinity's normal processes for in-person GESE exams.

  6. Trinity’s digital submission process allows you to record and submit your performance at a time and place of your choosing. The person who books the exam can choose to also handle the submission, or they can nominate the candidate (if 18 or above) or a parent/guardian to do so themselves.
