Archduchess Ilona of Austria (German: Ilona Erzherzogin von Österreich; 20 April 1927 – 12 January 2011) was a member of the Hungarian Palatine branch of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine. She was married and later divorced from the late head of the House of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Georg Alexander, Duke of Mecklenburg.
Marriage and issue. She married Archduke Joseph Árpád of Austria, fourth eldest child and eldest son of Archduke Joseph Francis of Austria and his wife Princess Anna of Saxony, civilly on 25 August 1956 and religiously on 12 September 1956 in Bronnbach, Wertheim am Main, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Archduchess Ilona was baptised on 30 May 1927 and was named after her godmother Queen Elena of Italy who, on account of being unable to attend in person, was represented at the ceremony by Count Ercole Durini di Monza, the Italian Ambassador to Hungary.
