This comes after the majority of the part-time faculty and its union, ACT-UAW Local 7902, turned down the university’s “last, best, and final” offer on pay and health insurance in late November .

Born in Tashkent in modern-day Uzbekistan in 1946, Schwarzberg was accepted into the Stoliarsky School in Odessa at the age of nine.

To ensure that these standards are met, the Music Academic Review Coordinator examines each music major’s progress at the end of each semester in accordance with policies stated in the handbook.
