Christopher John Reuel Tolkien, né le 21 novembre 1924 à Leeds ( Royaume-Uni) et mort le 16 janvier 2020 à Draguignan ( France ), est un linguiste, traducteur, auteur et éditeur franco-britannique. Il est le troisième fils et l'exécuteur littéraire de l'écrivain britannique J. R. R. Tolkien .

After a childhood in Oxford, he joined the RAF during the Second World War and was stationed to South Africa.
