Two weeks ago, the Austrian parliament approved the Protocol for the Provisional Application of the UPC. Now, says Ramsay, the Europe-wide patent court could begin its preparation as soon as January 2022.
Alexander Robert Maule Ramsay, ( 29 mai 1881 - 8 octobre 1972) est un officier de la Royal Navy.
