Applicants are encouraged to ensure their Application Form, $75.00 Application Fee, and photo arrive prior to supporting documents (letters of reference, resume, transcripts, etc.) to expedite the application process. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis based on class capacity. Space is limited, so we suggest that you apply early.

  7. The theater closed in 1927 but reopened the next year as the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. The sisters placed the direction of the school under Rita Wallach Morgenthau, and its first class of nine students was taught by Agnes DeMille, Louis Horst, Laura Elliott, and Martha Graham.
