Martha Washington „Patsy“ Jefferson Randolph (* 27. September 1772 in Monticello , Colony of Virginia ; † 10. Oktober 1836 im Albemarle County , Virginia ) wurde bekannt als erste „First Daughter“ von den Vereinigten Staaten Amerikas.
Martha “Patsy” Jefferson was born on September 27, 1772. After receiving a private education and traveling with her father abroad, she married her distant relative Thomas Mann Randolph on February 23, 1790. 1 The couple had twelve children—eleven of whom reached adulthood— and lived at Jefferson’s plantation, Monticello.

When his two married daughters, Martha "Patsy" Jefferson Randolph and Maria "Polly" Jefferson Eppes, stayed with him at the presidential mansion, they occasionally took on the job of hostessing.
Martha Wayles Skelton Jefferson (October 19, 1748 O.S. – September 6, 1782) was Thomas Jefferson's wife. She was born at The Forest, the plantation home of her father John Wayles.
