Stallings and Linda travel around Europe photographing famous landmarks--the Eiffel Tower--and important persons such as Mussolini and the Prince of Wales, pursued by Merrill (a smalltime crook) and his accomplices. While Stallings is photographing Vesuvius, Merrill's men force their way into Linda's apartment and attempt to kidnap her.
