(1) He was the son of George Bussy Villiers, 4th Earl of the Island of Jersey and Frances Twysden. (1) He married Lady Sarah Sophia Fane, daughter of John Fane, 10th Earl of Westmorland and Sarah Anne Child, on 23 May 1804. (2) He died on 3 October 1859 at age 86.
