  4. Pembroke is the earliest Cambridge College to survive today on its original site with an unbroken constitution from its first foundation. The original buildings comprised in a single court (now called Old Court) all the component parts of a college - Chapel, hall, kitchen and buttery, Master's lodgings, students' rooms - and the statutes provided for a manciple, a cook, a barber and a laundress.

  7. On 14th May 2024, Pembroke College welcomed 26 Year 10 and 12 students and their teachers from Dartford Grammar School (DGS) for a Japanese Studies taster day. DGS is renowned for producing one of the highest numbers of Japanese language learners in Britain, thanks to its unique curriculum where all students study either Japanese or Mandarin from Year 7.
