Spike Jonze (pronunțat „Jones” / dʒ oʊ n z /; născut Adam Spiegel; n. 22 octombrie 1969 ) este un regizor, producător, scenarist și actor american, care a regizat mai multe videoclipuri, reclame, dar și filme de lung metraj.
Jonze a Maryland állambeli Bethesdában nőtt fel. Testvére Sam Spiegel, aki producerként és DJ-ként dolgozik. A Walt Whitman High School tanulója volt.
