26 de mar. de 2022 · He succeeded his father as 2nd Lord Avandale on 9 September 1513. He was created 1st Lord Stewart of Ochiltree on 15 March 1542/43, after exchanging his feudal barony of Avandale with Sir James Hamilton of Finnart for that of Ochiltree.
