Dorothea Maria of Anhalt (Dessau, 2 July 1574 – Weimar, 18 July 1617), was by birth a member of the House of Ascania and princess of Anhalt. After her marriage, she became Duchess of Saxe-Weimar . Dorothea Maria was the sixth daughter of Joachim Ernest, Prince of Anhalt , but second-born daughter by his second wife Eleonore, daughter of Christoph, Duke of Württemberg .
Dorothea von Anhalt-Zerbst was born 25 September 1607 in Coswig to Rudolf von Anhalt-Zerbst (1576-1621) and Dorothea Hedwig von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel (1587-1609) and died 26 September 1634 Hitzacker of unspecified causes. She married August II. von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel (1579-1666) 26 October 1623 in Zerbst.
Dorothea Hedwig married on 29 December 1605 in Wolfenbüttel to Prince Rudolf von Anhalt-Zerbst (1576–1621). She died while giving birth to her fourth child, a still-born princess who was born an hour after the mother's death. The Princess was buried in the Bartholomai Church in Zerbst.
