Lady Mary Trefusis, née Lygon (26 February 1869–12 September 1927) was an English hymnwriter and courtier. She was also known as Lady Mary Forbes-Trefusis . She was a daughter of the 6th Earl Beauchamp and the wife of Lt.-Col. Henry Hepburn-Stuart-Forbes-Trefusis (a son of the 20th Baron Clinton ) in 1905 and had issue.
Lady Mary became Princess Romanovsky-Pavlovsky, the title granted by Grand Duke Vladimir Kirilovich at Vsevolod's request. [citation needed] Prince Vsevolod of Russia with his wife Lady Mary Lygon. She was created Princess Romanovsky-Pavlovsky. The couple set up home in a large house in Lenox Gardens.

As a result of her marriage, Lady Mary Catherine Stanhope was styled as Countess Beauchamp on 18 February 1868. From 18 February 1868, her married name became Lygon. According to Lady St. Helier, shewas "a remarkable woman, clever, accomplished, well educated, with a great deal of her father's gift of conversation, and love of Society."
