Im House of Lords sitzt er als Baron Sudley, da die übrigen Peerwürden zur Peerage of Ireland gehören und daher nicht zu einem erblichen Sitz im House of Lords berechtigen.
Philip Yorke Gore, 4th Earl of Arran KP (23 November 1801 – 25 June 1884), known as Philip Gore until 1837, was an Anglo-Irish peer and diplomat. Born at Dublin Castle , Arran was the eldest son of Colonel the Hon. William John Gore, second son of Arthur Gore, 2nd Earl of Arran , and his wife Caroline, daughter of Sir Thomas Hales, 4th Baronet .

Februar 1983 in Watford, Hertfordshire, England), genannt Lord Arran, war ein britischer Peer, Kolumnist und Politiker, der als konservativer Whip im House of Lords diente. [1]
James Hamilton, 4th Earl of Arran. The title was first created in the Peerage of Scotland in 1467 for Thomas Boyd, who was later attainted for treason. The next creation was in 1503 for James Hamilton, 2nd Lord Hamilton. His grandson was declared insane in 1562 and the title passed to the king's favourite Captain James Stewart in 1581.
