Frombork (polsky Frombork, německy Frauenburg) je přímořské město u Viselské laguny v okrese Braniewo ve Varmijsko-mazurském vojvodství v severním Polsku. Leží ve Varmijské nížině ( polsky Równina Warmińska ), v historické Varmii ( polsky Warmia ), na severním úpatí Elblonské vysočiny ( polsky Wysoczyzna Elbląska ).
