Serviço Nacional de Saúde (em inglês: National Health Service - NHS) é o nome habitualmente utilizado para referir-se aos quatro sistemas públicos de saúde do Reino Unido coletiva ou individualmente, embora atualmente, em geral, seja apenas ao serviço de saúde da Inglaterra que é corretamente chamado de Serviço Nacional de Saúde sem qualquer outra qualificação.
