O Tratado de Sèvres foi um acordo de paz assinado entre os Aliados e o Império Otomano em 10 de agosto de 1920, após a Primeira Guerra Mundial. O Tratado partilhava o Império Otomano entre o Reino da Grécia , o Reino de Itália , o Império Britânico e a República francesa , além de estender o território da Armênia, e a criação de um estado curdo . For all purposes connected with the present Treaty, Egypt and Egyptian nationals, their goods and vessels, shall be treated on the same footing, as from 1 August 1914, as the Allied Powers, their nationals, goods and vessels, and provisions in respect of territory under Turkish sovereignty, or of territory detached from Turkey in accordance with the present Treaty, shall not apply to Egypt.
I'll choose sparingly. Regarding Rhodes, the plebiscite is not in the Treaty of Sèvres at all. It is in "Treaty between Greece and Italy relative to Sovereignty over the Aegean Islands" signed in Paris on the same day. That separate treaty is also where Italy agreed to hand the rest of Dodekahesia to Greece after acquiring it from Turkey.
