  4. I'll choose sparingly. Regarding Rhodes, the plebiscite is not in the Treaty of Sèvres at all. It is in "Treaty between Greece and Italy relative to Sovereignty over the Aegean Islands" signed in Paris on the same day. That separate treaty is also where Italy agreed to hand the rest of Dodekahesia to Greece after acquiring it from Turkey.
