In the level right before the game crashes (the game crashes on the loading screen of the 3rd part of the puzzle), send a combination of ghost and walk prior to hitting the level complete loading trigger. This will turn Alice into Alice again, away from being a rolling head ball. Walk into the level loading trigger.
