When I try to move an email from the SPAM folder to the INBOX folder, VERY often I get the error: The operation cannot be performed because the message has changed. I've REPAIRED Microsoft Office, both a Quick repair and an online repair.

Click the option “ Automatically save items that have not been sent after this many minute’s options” and after setting up the time gap click on OK. Change Outlook Settings.
11 de nov. de 2022 · When I come back and finish it, I'm not able to send it. I get a message that says: "The operation cannot be performed because the message has been changed." Since my email address is in gmail, it uses an IMAP protocol and this may be a factor. This has been a problem for a long time and I still haven't found a convenient way of handling it.
