Lucian Freud, né le 8 décembre 1922 à Berlin (Allemagne) et mort le 20 juillet 2011 à Londres, est un peintre et graveur figuratif britannique d'origine allemande. Par son style à la fois réaliste, acéré et presque caricatural, il est considéré comme un des peintres figuratifs les plus importants, et un des plus exemplaires.
