Staff College, Camberley. Staff College, Camberley, Surrey, was a staff college for the British Army and the presidency armies of British India (later merged to form the Indian Army ). It had its origins in the Royal Military College, High Wycombe, founded in 1799, which in 1802 became the Senior Department of the new Royal Military College.

Opening Times. The Painted Hall, Chapel and Visitor Centre are open daily, 10am–5pm. The grounds are open daily 8am–11pm. Opening times. We're easy to visit with close access to boats, trains, DLR and buses. We encourage visitor to walk, cycle and use public transport wherever possible.

Le Royal Naval College de Greenwich fut, de 1873 à 1998, une école d'officiers de la Royal Navy, ainsi que le siège de l’Ecole supérieure navale , assurant la formation des officiers généraux de la Marine. Elle jouait donc un rôle analogue à celui de l’École militaire de Camberley pour l'Armée de Terre, et de l’École de l'air de Bracknell pour la Royal Air Force.
