29 de feb. de 2020 · Susanna Hall, Shakespeare’s elder daughter, was buried on July 16, 1649, according to the Holy Trinity Church parish register. Next to the entry, an “X” added by a later hand highlights its significance. She had died five days earlier on July 11, aged 66, and was buried in the chancel of the parish church.
Susanna Hall (née Shakespeare; baptized 26 May 1583 – 11 July 1649) was the oldest daughter of William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway. She was the older sister of twins Judith and Hamnet Shakespeare. Susanna married the physician John Hall in 1607.
