Jefferson Davis is like Shrodinger's father, in some continuities, he is present and alive in Miles's life. Sometimes he dies before Miles ever became Spider-man like in the PlayStation game. Sometimes he is never mentioned and he just lives with his mom like in Ultimate Spider-Man show. It's really odd how inconsistent he is throughout the years.
